HVAC 608   

Build a foundation in refrigeration systems and the practices used to service and maintain refrigeration equipment. HVAC 608 introduces the basic theory behind refrigeration systems and provides an overview of key components and service procedures. 

Students will explore refrigeration system components, charging, refrigerant recycling, and system evacuation. The course is designed to provide foundational knowledge for those developing skills in HVAC and refrigeration and offers an opportunity to earn an Industry Recognized Certificate (IRC) that is accepted in all 50 states and does not expire.
