Writing a Business Plan   

A strong business plan can help turn a business idea into a clear, organized roadmap. Writing a Business Plan provides a practical introduction to the purpose, structure, and uses of a business plan while helping participants apply small business management concepts to their own business ideas. 

Students will explore the key components of a business plan, including the business description, marketing plan, and financing plan. The course also examines how business plans can be used as management, planning, and financing tools, giving participants an opportunity to develop and present a modified business plan.
