Hello and welcome to the Red Rocks Community College (RRCC), in conjunction with America's Cutting Edge (ACE) and the University of Tennessee, Machining Bootcamp - 35 Non-Credit (NC) hour course.
This course is designed for a 35 non-credit hour in-person course, utilizing knowledge from the prerequisite 6 Non-Credit Hour online course. Both are designated as introductory courses with the intent to expose students to a much broader degree accredited program.
The bootcamp is set for a training program over a 2-week period. This version will run 4-hrs a day in the evenings from Monday to Thursday.
Each day students will be exposed to basic concepts of machining and practical applications using related equipment. Please ask questions, provide feedback and most importantly, ENJOY!
