This hands-on introductory course guides students through the full process of mural creation from concept to completion. Learn how to plan a mural, scale artwork for large surfaces, apply color theory specific to public art, and execute brushwork on a grand scale. Students will develop sketches, pitch design concepts, and collaboratively bring a large wall mural to life at the Elks Lodge Arvada. No experience required.
